Legacy Question
We have a woman that use to be a member of our chapter. She is a legacy. A few years ago she quit (not inactive or member at large). Well, she is back and wants back in the chapter. I can't find anything saying that we HAVE to let her back in the chapter simply because she is a legacy. In "The Book of Beta Sigma Phi" it says a returning member must be approved by the chapter by a 2/3 vote. I don't anticipate there being an issue, but does anyone know anything different other than what is in the book?
