This isn't in the SEC,
but I know Kappa Sigma is colonizing at SUNY Cortland, just thought I'd throw that out there
ETA: I looked on the site and didn't see any news about this, but then again, it's a colony, not a chapter.

Delta Delta of Kappa Sigma is at the University of Florida.
I think the OP accidentally put the same link in twice rather than a link to the UF site.

29 colonies? That's unreal. What sort of expansion staff does Kappa Sigma have?

Sorry for not coming back and editing my post, I was kinda busy with a Phi Mu birthday. Kappa Sigma employs five area recruitment across the nation. Each one is assigned to a specific region and they visit local colonies and chapters. In a couple of side notes we will be the first fraternity in Alaska if all goes well, and yes Ole Miss will be making a return as well.

I know Delta Xi is already back on campus at Ole Miss b/c AOII had a non-alcoholic mixer with them this past semester. I believe they have been operating as a colony. So they will get their charter back to become a chapter. They are doing a great job on campus.

Sig Ep has been at the University of Alaska since the 90's, first at the Fairbanks campus and then in Anchorage, and Sigma Alpha Epsilon has a chapter in Anchorage. Sigma Sigma Sigma was also the first sorority with a chapter in Fairbanks, following with one in Anchorage, and Alpha Sigma Alpha chartered a chapter at the Anchorage campus as well.
The NPHC also has a presence as well as alumnae/alumni groups of various flavors in Anchorage.
