I need a list of questions to ask potentials during formal recruitment.

I'm talking the hardcore questions:

Why do you want to join greek life?
Do you see yourself as a leader?
How do your parents feel about Greek Life?

Your sorority should cover this during your recruitment prep week (Refinement week/Spirit Week/whatever you call it).
