After serving in both Iraq and Afghanistan, a freak accident in Colorado claims the life of Eric O'Hara and Heidi spoke at his funeral. Too much death today!
It really sucks seeing stories like this. The guy survived combat missions in Afghanistan and Iraq, only to die in a freak accident at home. It's sad.
That's why I thought this was so sad - just hits kinda close to home for me since J is on his second deployment (he's been to Iraq and now he's in A-Stan). Very sad indeed and he was so young.
This is really sad news. The statements I've read that Heidi has made about it though seem really insincere...which I think is awful. That's just my opinion, but I really hope she isn't using this as a means for MORE publicity.
