Dedication for a Founder

Article about the dedication of a memorial for Paul Waymond Caine, one of the founders of Kappa Alpha Psi.

The article talks about the dedication of a member, Kevin Scott, who searched for the gravesite. Mr. Caine had been buried in an unmarked grave.
