My faves..
Christmas Story
Christmas Vacation (GOLD!!)
anyone else care to share?
P.S.: If you think i'm starting this thread too early...abc family is doing a " Countdown to the 25 Days of Christmas" starting on the 21st...if you check out the list on the site, it seems like they are showing a bunch of good movies as well.

Miracle on 34th Street (the ORIGINAL version)
A Christmas Carol (almost any version except the one with Fonzie in it)
All of the Rankin-Bass claymation movies, especially "The Year without a Santa Claus" (the one with Heat Miser)

I have a VCR recording of all the good oldies. I think it has Rudolph, Frosty, Charlie Brown and The Night Before Christmas. This tape is so old, it was recorded the year Bo Jackson won the Heisman Trophy. There is a commercial announcing it during the recording. I know I still have it somewhere but I haven't watched it in years to see if it still works.
My favorite Christmas movie is an oldie; Meet Me in St Louis. with Judy Garland.

That is my absolute FAVORITE!! I still sing along with it whenever it comes on. Christmas Story is my other must see.

Be envious of my snowman that sings the cold miser song and swings a lighted snowflake around...

Is that the one with the mice where the guy builds the clock? If so, I love that one too!
And I forgot a big, big, big fave -- Scrooged, with Bill Murray. LOVE that movie. Still try to watch it at least once a holiday season.

My all time favorite Christmas movie is
Scrooge starring Albert Finney.
"I like life"...go on say it...
"I like life, Life likes me...life and I fairly fully agree...
life is fine, life is good, 'specially mine which is just as it should be"...
"thank you very much, thank you very much, its the most remarkable thing that's ever been done for me"
Oh yes...it *is* a musical!

If A Christmas story isn't on your list you fail!
Oh and you can't forget about A Charlie Brown Christmas.

Home Alone 2
It was my Grandpa's favorite, and will forever remind me of him sitting in his chair laughing his @$$ off (every time, mind you - it never got old), as Marv gets pelted with bricks. "Harry? HAAAAA-RRRRY!"
