Post Real Fight Club discovered at Princeton

I don't know if anyone has heard about this group, I just thought it was funny to read about. Here's the link if anyone's interested. Later...

I love the movie Fight Club (one of my very faves), but that doesn't mean I'm going to go start my own.

As we said in college...B.A.D.- boys are dumb

I have to comment on the naked run (doesn't every school have one?)they mentioned being banned. My school had one, known as Born to Run (BTR). The year after I left, the school got a new president. He did two memorable things:
  • The heat went out on the day of his inuagaration. No one on campus had heat.. it was late fall & cold. So he got a heat generator to keep everyone warm during his little ceremony & reception (but did nothing for the students living on campus).
  • He banned BTR. He threatened professors that attended (not than any ever did... but then they really wanted to). Anyone that caught running was going to be in trouble and (my favorite part)... if they got a photograph of you running naked they would put it in all of the transcripts you had them send out for you!!

That guy left after 1 year.

wanna hear something interesting?

We all know some fraternities DO HAZE

One Fraternity, I will not say who, preformed somewhat of a fightclub of their own too. They put all their pledges names in a cap, and pulled them out, one by one, until everyone's named had been pulled. Each time a name was pulled they'd go into the circle and fight, until the entire class was figthing. The entire fraternity didn't know about it, only a few guys did it, but I'm not sure that anything ever happened to those guys

anyway

I don't think the fight club sound bad, I mean if you want to fight it's better to have some organization than to go out and challenge random people to fights, or start them....

I liked the fight noght at my fraternity, of course we had boxing gloves, headgear and a ref, but it was a lot of fun... And afterwards you were like "wow, you really beat the crap out of me.... same time next year?" cause once a year was enough... lots of time to recover.
