It was reported in our regional newsletter that the only OFFICIAL version of the Fraternal Design has the "filigree" in black and gold. Any version that appears to be draped in
green is not official, no matter how official it looks.
If any chapter webmasters, newsletter editors, or stationary designers need the correct fraternal design, send me a PM with your email address (and a PLEASE
) and I will send the .jpg file to you.
