Question Help...how to get rid of a bad illness???

I'm feeling absolutely miserable. I had a cold for 2 weeks, and then a few days ago I got a 100 degree fever. I have rested for quite some time in the past 2 days, but I'm feeling worse, if that's actually possible!

I'm feeling very fatigued with a lack of energy, headache-y, and nauseated. I don't understand what's happening! I drink tons of water, have been getting lotsa sleep, and relaxing a bit more. But it's not helping!

HELP!! What are your tips to get rid of an illness? I'm getting VERY behind in schoolwork, and I left school today at 10:30 b/c I felt like I was gonna puke! I haven't been going to school for the past 3 days!
