Post No offense to the DMB fans . . .

. . . but let's discuss the true best band ever - Sublime, definitely my favorite, and underappreciated. I'm gonna have to say my favorite songs are "Right Back" and "Don't Push" off 40oz to Freedom (best record ever), or "Greatest Hits" off Robbin the Hood. There's got to be some Sublime following up in here, huh?

I figure a DMB fan should be the first to post here, so I WILL!!!
My boyfriend, the one who I suggested listen to DMB my favorite band, suggsted that I listen to Sublime, his favorite band. So I did, and I love them. They have a style all their own. Well, the did anyway .
So a DMB fan will agree that Sublime was/is also a quality band. So there!

As for my favorite song....Their version of summertime is pretty awsome.

Leslie

I have to agree with you on Sublime. Especially "Right Back". That song is awesome.

Isn't it true that all of Sublimes records sales proceeds go to his daughters education fund?

I gotta say I dig Sublime. I can't pick any favorites off of 40 oz. It's a great album! I haven't heard any LB Dub Allstars, downloading them right now from that website though.

Aight -
Brad Nowell died 5/25/96 (no i'm not a dork; it's my birthday, so i tend to remember . . . ) - that's the day the self-titled album was released.

The dub allstars were formed shortly after that, like maybe 2 yrs? w/ the remaining band members, plus some friends from other bands (the Ziggens, Filibuster) - it's good stuff. http://www.skunk.com - you can download some of the music there. They're pretty good - the cd's called "Right Back" - it's sick, i promise.
