Chapter Pets
Do any other chapters have snakes? We have a 17ft burmese python named zima that lives in a habitat at our house.

Currently, the landlord does not allow pets.
Plans are in the works for us to aquire land and eventually build a house.
I think then we should have a snake.

Sorry to barge in but I know of a chapter that at least used to. Your chapter at Stetson University did while I was in school there. They also had a rabbit

The Upsilon chapter at UT had one also. When i was a pledge and went to visit my HS buddy who was their commander i had to share a room with it.

Zeta Chi Houston has one. It is a female python named Fred.
Meets you in the parlor when you walk into the front door.

Our chapter (Beta Beta, DePauw Universtiy) historically owned St. Bernards, all 17 of them named Thibedeaux. Part of our philanthropy is actually the Thibedeaux Memorial Scholarship for high school grads in the area. We haven't had one if a few years, though. (A dog, that is.)

Delta Theta chapter had a black puppy by the name of Neo for awhile, however, the guys were lax about who was to take care of him and when....so they ended up giving him to a farmer so he could have a little more time in open spaces and no more time destroying their couches! (he did A LOT of that!)
They had him for about a year? I think he was on one of their composites.

hey
We have a burmese python. We call her T&A or should i say the house does. Ask me later what you think T&A means. Anyway, Weve had her for about 4 years now, We lost her in the house for about 3 months. We just fed her yesterday. She's pretty friendly when shes' eaten a mouse or two. She's about 11 ft long but will probably grow again within the month.
