Shrinking a shirt

Is there any way possible to shrink a shirt a size or two smaller, without it looking like crap?

In a word, no.
If the shirt is all cotton, it will probably shrink. If it's cotton/polyester blend, it may only shrink a tiny bit.

Not really. You'll end up with it looking all out of whack. My only suggestion would be to take it to a tailor and see what they can do with it. Luckily it's easier to size down rather than size up. The only thing that can be difficult is if the shoulders are too broad. That requires a total reworking of the shirt and usually isn't worth it.
