Brotherhood Discussion

I'm going to have some AMs over to discuss things that can further their education.. (initiation is next weekend!!). I have a few basic questions down as far as like What makes a brother, why do you feel your belong in Lambda Chi..

I'm just interested in getting y'alls suggestions about a few good, deep discussion topics that can get them ready for Pre-I week.
