Spring Sing

Hello ladies i hope you are all doing well. I just had a quick question. I am in charge of Spring Sing this semester and it's only our 2nd time ever doing it here at the university so i was curious as to if you guys might have some ideas as to what song i could use and possibly lyrics that are already written up. If not even just a song idea would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Question (since been out of college for awhile and I don't think my school did it), what is spring sing? Are their song requirements? Theme you have to do?

I've sang for years, but without information on what spring sing is, those sisters who've never done it, won't be able to help.

spring sing is a competition b/w all of the greek orgainizations on campus. There really isn't a theme. Each organization just picks a song usually one that's pretty popular and then they re-write the words to make it for their organization then they add coreography to it. There aren't any requirements other than that the lyrics must be appropriate.

So you only have to do one song? Sing/Dance to it?

Is there a skit? Costumes?

Is there an overall theme like Greek Spirit or School Spirit?

i havn't been told of a theme and no there is no skit and costumes are just random like i'll just pick them based on the song. Last year the girls wore black t-shirts and jeans... And yep it's just one song w/ coreography
