Does anyone know how transferring chapters works? Or has anyone done it? I know that you have to be voted in and accepted at the new university at their particular chapter, but does anyone know the process?

You should check your Membership Handbook and ask your Executive Council (or whatever you guys call it).

It varies from organization to organization.
