Famous men & their lovers/wives

I am getting so sick of females dying and missing and because their husbands or lovers are famous.... the crimes never get solved or the guy gets off!!!!! It is making me so mad and as a woman- I am feeling like society just doesn't care. I have heard nothing regarding Robert Blake and if he is in trouble. Jon Benet- forget it- nothing was solved - William Shatner- wife drowned- media is like- oh well- OJ- whether he did it or not- they never found the "killer" and now Chandra Levy-you know she'll never be found and no one will be blamed. It is like the police just sit on their ass for a month before even looking into the crimes and by then- the evidence is jaded, stories have changed, etc. Grrrrrr- just makes me mad!

You have an excellent point Sue. I mean for a whole 3 TO 5 months, our lives were consumed with the OJ Simpson trial and then once the verdict came it was as if they stopped searching for the 'killer'. And the media has, to my knowledge, never announced what the police have done/been doing to solve the case. It was as if the case was immediately closed.
