I appologise if I'm tresspassing on Greek property but you guys must have such an awesome college experience! I live in England and am in my second year of uni but after reading about sororities/fraternities it all seems a lot more fun in the USA. We don't really have any groups at uni, with the exception of the odd chess/star trek fan club but apart from that, we're pretty much chucked in at the deep end when it comes to settling in and making friends. I think it's great that you have sister and brotherhoods which can help you through whatever college life chucks at you. After reading pledged/watching about sororities on MTV, I think it's unfair how they're portrayed considering that date rape/bullying/eating disorders are not exclusive to sororities/fraternities...they happen all over!
