Universities addressing problem drinking...
While not specifically addressing The Greek System on campus, my Alma Mater, Ohio University -- generally in the top ten party schools list(s), is taking a stronger approach to problem drinking. It is encourgaging to me, that Greeks aren't even mentioned in the article linked below.
It seems to me that many more schools are addressing this more forcefully as well.

I know Dean Hogan. I watched the Homecoming Parade from the balcony outside his office last year and had a chance to chat with him. Good man.
