Well, I can think of a few things, now, that my ex did for me. I think that the nicest thing was that he got my car for me. That was 3 years ago. I totalled it a year later, and he got me another one. I have to appreciate that!
Now, just recently, I was telling him about how I was searching for the Beastie Boys CD "Licensed to Ill" and I couldn't find it, because I wasn't paying full price for a CD that old. Well, while I was in Cleveland this past weekend, he got it for me, and had it waiting when I got back. I liked that, because it shows that he listens. I'm now trying to focus on the good that he does, which clearly outweighs the bad he has DONE. But, like you said, it's hard when you really think about it. I feel you!

the nicest thing that my man did for me was when we first started dating my grandmother died and my mother told me to ask him to help carry her and I was to scared to ask him so I popped it up as they were about to carry her out and he just did it.

Well, that's a good one...I am going to have to say that the nicest thing a guy ever did for me was to plan an evening of pampering for me...from dinner to a bubble bath complete with some Coltrane, chardonnay, and candles...the Three C's...to a very nice massage...
but then there was this guy that paid for everything I needed w/o asking for anything in return when I was having financial problems...
man, come to think of it...I'd be here all day talking about the nice things guys have done for me.
Boy, do I feel lucky

Nicest Thing.....
Seen this question posted in another forum, so I'm bringing it here.
What's the nicest thing a man ever done for you? Actually I need some time to think about this one. I've had men do nice things for me, but somehow it doesn't count in my mind, when you find out they were jerks, or had alternative motives.
