Meeting Sisters/Brothers When You Travel

Don't you just love it when you meet a sorority sister when you travel? We just got back from several days at Disney World and I was wearing my Pi Phi shirt and the girl who put us onto the Pirates ride said, "Hey, I'm a Pi Phi at UCF!"

I adore it when that happens and that's why I used to wear my pin everywhere! (That was before I had a billion kids and had time to get ready for anything...)

I love it too! Its so nice to know that practically anywhere I go I can find a Delta Zeta sister. Even on boards such as this one it is awesome when I get to talk to other Delta Zetas. That is what being greek is all about- sisterhood and brotherhood forever and everywhere!!

The best traveling story I have is from this last year when I attended our Convention.

To take advantage of frequent flyer miles, I ended up flying out of Jacksonville through Dallas and onward to California. As I'm wandering around the Dallas airport, there are Zetas EVERYWHERE! (we are really big in TX). It was so neat to see so many women of different ages, sizes, cultures, etc. all wearing letters or ZTA jewelry. It made me very, very proud.
