rec help

I have talked to a woman who is going to write me a recommendation for ZTA. Now I have gotten recs for other sororities at my new school and was able to get them off of the websites, but I could not find it on the ZTA website. I was wondering if someone could email it to me or was this confidential, only to members? The lady was just going to write a letter not on the form, so is that ok? Wasn't sure! Thanks!

i would certainly accept a recommendation letter written by an alumna-i would have the recruitment vp attach the letter to an mis form, and she or i would fill in the blanks. i often accompany a membership information form with a letter, so that the chapter can have more information on the pnm than the form provides. maybe other recruitment advisors could share their opinion?

zeta mis(membership information forms) are protected-your alumna needs to register on the national zta site, and she needs her memberhship # for that. once she is registered, she could download the form and print it. the form IS in the most recent issue of our national magazine "themis", along with the name of the advisor and address to which the form should be sent. she could probably also call a fellow alum. to get a copy from them, or call our international office and ask them to send her one.(they are convention right now)
