Lavaliering traditions?

I was just wondering what other SigEp chapters do for lavaliering. My chapter doesn't lavalier, it only does pinnings. I know there is ritual for pinnings but what do other chapters do for lavaliering? We have been talking about starting to lavalier but we would be interested to know what other chapters do and think....
