LOL. I missed that thread and the re-run just went off aire.

While I guess I can sympathize with that Soror's plight, I thought that segment of the show was extremely cheesy and not because of Tyra.

I still haven't seen it, but it was interesting to read all of the different interpretations of what folx saw. It was like that pass the message game.

All the different interpretations are what had me wondering what actually happened. J's account was the most accurate account, by far. lol

Yep. She viewed it analytically rather than emotionally.

Tyra looked silly, but no more silly than she normally looks. It was truly not as big of a deal as it was made out to be.

I never saw that thread and I guess it has been deleted.

To me, Tyra didn't look stupid because she doesn't know any better. That's a chance you take when you "introduce" your organization to folks who are unfamiliar with this stuff.

I did cringe when I saw that segment, not because it was a huge deal but because I wondered why the Soror chose to mention Delta in her story to the point where she reluctantly ended up singing a portion of the Sweetheart Song per the request of Tyra as people clapped along. After her pseudo graduation ceremony, her linesisters (I assume) came down the aisle chanting with letters on and OO-OOPing and throwing up the 'mid. Followed by a presentation of some gift from our National President. I was like "was this a publicity stunt?" LOL.

Again, it wasn't a huge deal but the cheese factor was there. Thank God I'm not lactose intolerant.

It was on a couple of DST boards. And each board I read had multiple interpretations. LOL

Check your PM.
