We bring greetings from the Delta Phi chapter of Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, Inc. As we embark on the end of yet another school year. We here at Johnson C. Smith University would like to invite those Brothers of Alpha Phi Omega and the Ladies of Gamma Sigma Sigma to what would be the 1st of our annual Delta Phi Weekend. It’s a time to come relax in the city of Charlotte with the 1st chapter founded at an HBCU as we celebrate our 59th anniversary. During your visit we have scheduled fellowships for all Brothers and Sisters to enjoy their stay in Charlotte. Listed below is information about the weekend and its events.

Stroll—off and PROBATE at 8:00pm on the campus of Johnson C. Smith University

Saturday, April 22, 2006
Cookout 2pm-8pm at Hornet’s Nest Park

Sunday, April 23, 2006
Church Service at Simpson-Gillespie United Methodist Church 11am
Meet at Johnson C. Smith University at 10:15am

In addition to this weekend, we are asking all Brothers and Sisters attending the weekend for a donation of $10 to help toward our contribution to the AIDS Awareness Walk on May 6, 2006 in Charlotte, NC. We ask that everyone that is attending the weekend of events to send their contribution to: Alpha Phi Omega, 100 Beatties Ford Rd. UPO Box 1574, Charlotte, NC 28216. Even to those not attending the weekend we would like for you to contribute as well. We thank you in advance for your support in helping our last service project of the school year.
