Coming to a store near you: lettered thongs
Spotted at the University of Pittsburgh Campus Bookstore- which hasn't sold any greek stuff besides paddle making materials in the 5 years i've been here:
KKG and Tri Delta thongs. Thank god those are the only two.
I KNOW that they will be bought up quickly. My roommate (an undergrad KD) thought they were cute.
But how much more inappropriate can you be?????????
Quick question - do the HQ of these groups know about this? That stuff all has to be licensed- did those groups approve of this? If not, whoever is creating them is going to get their butts sued. There's a company that does the majority of the greek licensing and they're like attack dogs.
Has anyone else seen these thongs?????

I've seen breif panties, but not thongs! (Hoo's Greek in Charlottesville, VA. The store, they don't advertise them on the website that I can find.)
ew ew ew ew ew.
Although I almost bought the panties because they were so funny. Mostly to wear on my head for pictures, you understand.

So I take it KD thongs will not be showing up on your eBay site, Dani?
Yeah...that is bizarre. If a guy wants to know if I'm in a sorority, he can ask. I won't hesitate to tell. He doesn't have to wait until I'm down to my skivvies to find out.

I was at work today and came across this site today. It's kind of funny that this topic came up today because I was thinking about if these underwear were appropriate and if people actually buy them.

Oh my!
The weirdest thing about Danielle's post is something that probably only Pitt people would get. Our campus bookstore has never been a bastion of greek goods. Like she said, you could get paddles and stuff to decorate them with and an occasional mug. So the big question is, why in the world did Pitt choose UNDERPANTS out of literally thousands of greek letter items it could carry there???

That is just FONKY. Not funky, FONKY. The last thing I'd want is my letters riding up the crack in my back!

I hate seeing girls' thongs sticking out of the back of their pants as it is.... if I saw someone's letters sticking out i'd be so tempted to give them a huge thong-wedgie and beat them over the head! Of course i'm tempted to do that regardless if there's letters or not sticking out. They're called UNDERwear for a reason. Nothing looks trashier, IMO
