Scholarship Golf Fundraiser
Hello Sorors, Cincinnati Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is sporsoring a scholarship golf fundraiser on Monday May 22nd. All sorors are invited to attend this event. The information is as follows:
Innovative things are happening with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority’s, Delta Gateway Foundation, Inc. (DGF). Our Foundation is a 501(c)3, which offers scholarships to young ladies entering college. We will have our first scholarship golf outing to raise funds for our scholarship fund and chapter programs. This First Annual Golf Scholarship Fundraiser will be held Monday, May 22, 2006 at the Crooked Tree Golf Course in Butler County. A donation from your organization would be great and all sponsorships are tax deductible through DGF. We know we can count on your support of our first golf outing for this worthy cause as we continue to support our youth.
This year’s golf tournament is an exclusive engagement for a minimum of 72 participants. Proceeds from this fundraiser will allow DGF to award college scholarships to deserving African-Americans high school scholars from the Greater Cincinnati Area. Levels of sponsorship are outlined below:
•Eagle Level $5,000
Presenting Sponsor, Company Banner displayed, Signage at One Tee Box, Eight Players, Box Lunch/Dinner, Tournament golf towel/Shirt/Balls, Company literature distributed at luncheon, Logo Advertisement on all Golf Carts, Media Coverage and Recognition, Name printed on all materials, Name goes on title of outing with foundation
•Birdie Level $2,500
Signage at the One Tee Box, Name on all printed materials, Tournament golf towel/Shirt/Balls, Box Lunch/Dinner/ Four Players, Company literature distributed at luncheon, and Media Coverage, and Recognition
•Par Level $1,000
Signage at One Tee Box, Four Players, Tournament golf towel/Shirt/Balls, Box Lunch/Dinner, Media Coverage, and Recognition
•Early Bird Foursome Sponsorship $400.00 before April 15, 2006
Greens Fee with cart, Tournament golf towel/Shirt/Balls, and Box Lunch/Dinner for Four Players
•Foursome Sponsorship $500 after April 15, 2006
Greens Fee with cart, Tournament golf towel/Shirt/Balls, and Box Lunch/Dinner for Four Players
•Individual Sponsorship $125
Greens Fee with Cart, Tournament golf towel/Shirt/Balls, and Box Lunch/Dinner for One Player
•Hole Sponsorship $100
Signage at One Tee Box, Recognition in Program
•We are also in need of prizes and give-a-ways for the golfer gift bag.
Meals are provided by Montgomery Inn.
Our fresh approach this year will make this golf fundraiser one of the best in the Tri-State.
