Shadowing help please!

Hey everyone!!!

We are having elections in 12 days and I am running for Archon and Vice Archon. I have already held MRC and am currently holding MAL. I am shadowing our current Archon and Vice, as well as past ones, but I thought if any of you who have held these positions in the past could chat with me about your experiences and any tips, that would be much appreciated!!!
