Winter Quarterly!

I just received my winter quarterly in the mail. I have a question for anyone that may know. Does anyone know what parameters they use to include stuff?

I'm only asking because I submitted a small blurb with photo of two of my sisters at a recent wedding. The reason I sent it was that one sister officiated the sister's wedding. I guess I am just disappointed it didn't make it.

Hmmm I don't really know. My guess is space is the first priority and that maybe going with the theme of the issue the second?

Yes, space and time...Wait a while, it maybe in the next issue - I too sent something in under the idea of 'small world' catagory and it didn't get put in...maybe next time...It happens...
