Topless Kappas

I am dying to know if anyone out there knows which university the topless Kappa Kappa Gamma bid day 2000 picture came from.

I feel so bad for them. When I was in school we didn't have the internet and we didn't have those worries.

The university is supposedly in the Northwest part of the U.S..
