Penn backs down after photog gets lawyer

In short: Penn students snaps pix of a couple hooking up in front of a campus window. Distributes pix to friends. Penn tries to shaft him. Prof/lawyer/freedom lover speaks up. Penn drops charges. Girl in pix hires lawyer. More fun coming.
