Brother Jono - Great Article about a Great Deed!

This is a fine example of a generous deed that made two people very happy.

This act also affirms our belief in the power that Lambda Chi Alpha principles can have in our lives.

Jono did something that he did not have to do. Call it "self-sacrifice" or just giving something to another person without the expectation of reward.

Wow!

Thanks for doing this Jono....

Yours in ZAX,

Mike Raymond,
ZU-Zeta

Thank you all for your kind words, but this is not a story about me - or even about Clyde or Marge.

This is an amazing story about a pin that has been missing for a very long time. It's about a pin that was lost when Harry Truman was President and Lambda Chi Alpha was only 38 years old. It's about a pin the founder of a chapter had for less than a year, finally making its way home as we approach our centennial.

It's a cautionary tale that should remind everyone to have their pins engraved and worn with a chapter guard.

It's a story that stands very well on its own.

Finally, it's about hope. Many more things are possible with the tools we have at our disposal today if we just make a little effort and use them wisely.

Thanks again.

In ZAX,
Jono
