Goes to the 78 young ladies who became sorors last night as the Iota Chi chapter of DST returned to the University of South Carolina!!!!

Congrats! Never thought I'd see large numbers like that at a predominately white school. The only other time I've seen this was the 80 AKA's that crossed at Florida State.

The reason for the large number is because they've been gone six years. The same thing happened to Clemson and they had almost 50 when they came back last year.

The suspension was four (99-03) and it took two for them to come back due to some issues that had to be hammered out. It took two alumnae chapter (Columbia and Richland County) to bring them back.

Now thinking about it...most of the people who were on the last line had graduated by 2000...
