U.S. Congress -- Proposals on Fire Safety in Greek housing, dorms, etc.

Some members of Congress are proposing measures to increase college campus fire safety. Possibilities range from new reporting requirements to changing depreciation allowances to make expensive changes like sprinkler systems more affordable.
