Hurricane Katrina

I know that I haven't posted anything on here in a while, but I would like to know if any chapters are doing anything for the victims of the Hurricane Katrina disaster which took place this year in New Orleans. I know that two schools that have been affected by this tragedy are Xavier University and Dillard University. Both of these schools have Alpha Phi Omega chapters I think. If anyone has heard of any news regarding this or if you are helping out in anyway, please share it with us.

Actually, a lot of chapters are doing stuff. There has been info on what to do distributed to the chapters & sections in Region IV, we've had info on the Region IV Forum and the like. I know several chapters in Region IV are doing fundraisers and the like, some members are even volunteering with the Red Cross. The Chapter President of one of the chapters I advise has left to spend the next 2-3 weeks volunteering with the Red Cross in New Orleans.

I'm going to assume that in other sections/regions, information has been distributed via their mailing lists and the like.
