Off-campus sororities

Panhellenic sisters,

Would you be in trouble or kicked out if you tried to join an off-campus sorority in addition to you Panhellenic one?

Off-campus sorority members,

How does someone join your sorority? Do you have rush parties or just invite peopel you like?
