Photo Retouching
Well throughout this summer I have been trying to better my graphic skills.
So lately I have been doing some photo retouching and I managed to come across the following portfolio.
http://glennferon.com/portfolio1/index.html
check it out. Its amazing what photoshop can do for some of our favorite stars..

Neat. I didn't realize that you had to put your mouse on the pic to see what they looked like b4 the pic was retouched.
Thanks for the site.
ETA: Did you see the girl in the bathing suit in the water? They removed some of her stomach.

The majority of the retouching that was done could have been prevented by better lighting. Some of the before shots weren't that bad but I do question the photographers knowledge and technical skill. A reflector here, a soft box there, would have helped, A LOT.
(I'm not a big fan of retouching but only for stuff like super close-ups, teeth and very minor details.) I don't like what this guys doing because a lot of the finished product looks cartoon like.
Yes, I'm a photographer

I take pictures too (I don't consider myself a photographer yet), and I think his retouches look cartoon like also. It's a shame to think that you have to add booty and breasts to women to make them look better. Some of these women's faces literally look drawn on. What's so wrong with looking natural?

I am sending this to every man I know. They seem to believe that women actually look they way they do in these magazines. They just can't seem to fully grasp the concept of retouching.
ETA: They made Beyonce's breast bigger in the DC pic.
