Scheming Ex-boyfriends

I have a situation Sisterfriends and Memberfriends,

I recently ( a few months ago) ended an intimate relationship. My ex, who is a part of a fraternity, knew that I was interested in a specific BGLO. Once we broke up however, he began telling the ladies in this organization false things about me in order to ruin my chances of becoming a member. Normally I would write things like this off as just childishness but I take my pursuit very seriously and he has obviously had some influence on these ladies perception of me. What should I do?? Or rather, what would you do???

I KNOW this has been discussed in some form years ago. Please do a search!

IF you are supposed to become a member of XYZ organization, you WILL become a member REGARDLESS of what anyone SAYS or DOES.

I suggest you keep on with your day to day activities...
