A July 12 report on the University of Pennsylvania trustees' meeting says that the trustees approved " upgrades to University-owned fraternity and sorority houses ($5 million)."
No other details in the story, and I don't know how far $5 million will go, but it's probably better than nothing for Penn Greeks in university-owned housing.
