8 minutes in the morning

Has anyone tried the new book, 8 min......to a flat belly? The original book really worked, but I'm nervous about this new one. Lose 6 inches in less than 4 weeks? I really want to try it and since the other one worked, I'd like to try. Has anyone tried it or know anyone who tried it?

Nope but I have tried to put on all my makeup in the morning without coffee in 8 minutes. From the results....I never tried that again.

I have never heard of that book. It sounds intriguiging.

I think i just butchered that word. O well.
