Post Are Historically BGLO's ...

Sorors, fellow greeks, and friends,

With more non-black members joining NPHC organizations, do you believe our status as Historically or Predominately Black Greek Letter organizations will start to diminish over time? Do you (or can you) see our organizations moving towards being classified as MulitCultural Organizations 10, 50, or 100 years from now?

If so, will that be in conflict with what our founders invisioned for our organizations?

Just trying to spark some convo!

I don't see anything happening to this bluetiful sisterhood if we so choose to allow other women to join us in sisterhood. Everyone knows the historically black greek lettered organizations, so why would one, 2 to 20 years from now acknowledge us as a multicultural organization. Sigma history will remain Sigma history and we will further promote "Greater Service,Greater Progress". We will forever be a beacon of light to all womankind.
