ummmmmmmmmm yah, i short-circuited my laptop's keyboard and had to spend 2 hours on tech support with a guy from another country...

I sold a $1299 violin to a lady that barely spoke English for her child that's only been playing for a year. That has made up for the 18678978665798 instruments that were returned in the past two weeks.
