Ok, people, tell Cashmoney how the bodies are coming!

Summer is right around the corner and next thing you know it's the beach, the beach, the beach.
Here is my current situation:
Right now I'm weighing in at 227lbs, Ive stepped up my gym program to cater to my timeline/goal date set.
This is how my current program works:
Day1: Chest, Triceps and Shoulders. For my chest I do 7 different exercises & 5 sets for each exercise. For my Triceps and Shoulders, I do 5 different exercise for each muscle and 5 sets.
Day2: All lower body (legs & ass), my back and my biceps. For my legs I do 7 different exercises with 4 sets for each exercise. For my back I do 7 different exercises and 5 sets for each exercise. For my biceps I usually do 5 different exercises going as heavy as I can all the time while doing 5 sets.
And thats it, folks. I repeat the process day in and day out. I also do about 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill everyday but nothing like what I used to do. I'm also eating like a horse, about 225grams of protein a day

(it's killing my stomach on the inside-I feel like I use the bathroom all the fucking time) but the good thing is that within the past 2 weeks Ive gained 9lbs and have retained it.
