Has anyone seen the play "Friends and Lovers"? It's a book that was written by Eric Jerome Dickey and it was turned into a play. I just wanted to know what u guys thought about the play or maybe even the book.
I did read the book, but didn't see the play. I can't remember what that book was about. If it was the book that had the two sisters and one brother and went by the name of red, black, and brown because of their skin tone, then it was a good book.

Nope that is Sister, SIster (his first book). Friends and Lovers, 2 girl best friends, Shelby and Debra; 2 guy best friends, Tyrel and Leonard. Shelby and Tyrel hook up; Debra and Leonard hook up. Shelby and Tyrel break up ; Debra and Leonard get married but Leonard is killed by a drunk driver

I saw the play. It was good, but I rarely think that a play is as good as the book. However, I can say that I did enjoy the play. It's worth seeing if it comes to town.
