I don't like Monday's either. But the cool thing is it's almost Tuesday and then the week seems to fly by. Next weekend should be a fun weekend too!

The silicon chip inside her head
Gets switched to overload
And nobody's gonna go to school today
She's going to make them stay at home
And daddy doesn't understand it
He always said she was as good as gold
And he can see no reason
Cos there are no reasons
What reason do you need to be shown
Tell me why
I don't like Mondays
I want to shoot
The whole day down
The telex machine is kept so clean
As it types to a waiting world
And mother feels so shocked
Father's world is rocked
And their thoughts turn to
Their own little girl
Sweet 16 ain't that peachy keen
No, it ain't so neat to admit defeat
They can see no reasons
Cos there are no reasons
What reason do you need to be shown
Tell me why
I don't like Mondays
I want to shoot
The whole day down
All the playings stopped in the playground now
She wants to play with her toys a while
And school's out early and soon we'll be learning
And the lesson today is how to die
And then the bullhorn crackles
And the captain crackles
With the problems and the how's and why's
And he can see no reasons
Cos there are no reasons
What reason do you need to die
The silicon chip ...
Tell me why
I don't like Mondays
I want to shoot
The whole day down

Today probably the most stressful day ever.
I got suckered into being Recruitment Chair for the next year, and informal rush started today.
It started out great because the power went out last night and my alarm clock didn't go off. The banner company didn't have our banner's done. The student union lost our reservation to have a space in the student union and for a space to hang the banners that weren't ready yet...
I get pulled over and get a ticket before a class that I am ultimatly late for, and then hit a patch of ice and do about three 360s..but luckily don't hit any cars. I get a call from my SSG and I have to have a plan put together by tomorrow for an army training event on top preparing a topic to discuss with a Colonel from the Army War College...

Most Depressing Day of the Year Today
A British psychologist believes Jan. 24 is the most depressing day of the year.
Dr. Cliff Arnall said he arrived at that date by putting all of our new year's blues into a formula.
Arnall factored in January credit card bills, the after-holiday emotional let-down and the notion that we've all just about given up on our resolutions by now.
And don't forget the weather: cold and dreary, with a little cabin fever thrown in.

Not only is it Monday...
It's the most depressing day of the year! Check out this article from MSN:
JAN. 24 - WORST DAY OF THE YEAR!
Reminds me of Napolean Dynamite: "The worst day of my life, what do you think?!"
