Update on the working out thread/getting bodies in check for the spring/summer
So, how's everyone doing?
Me? My plan is going really well. I get up at 5am and go running for 3 miles before I go to work. This works really well because I'm all pumped up and ready for the day by the time I get in the office. And since Ive started doing that I'm usually in before all of the secerataries......kind of builds up that image to the employees.
After I get off work I go to the gym by 6pm and lift weights. Usually I work out 2 muscles and do 5 or 6 excercises for each muscle. After that I go home and eat because traffic was so bad at 5pm that I didnt eat before the gym.
After I eat dinner and shower off the sweat and grub from earlier I go back at 9:30pm. I swim in the pool for 45 minutes and do laps. After I get done I sit in the sauna for 20 minutes, jump back in the pool for 10 minutes to get refreshed and then go home, shower and go to bed.
I know it sounds like some fucked up poor body image b.s., but it works amazingly. I do the routine Monday-Friday and also on Sunday if I go out Saturday night. Usually I take Saturdays off. Combine that with a good-n-tasty diet of steamed and sometimes raw veggies, chicken breast, steak, imported cheese for snacks, kosher soups, milk, water, green-tea and I can't explain how freaking good I feel. The only time I slip up is when I sometimes drive by taco bell after the gym and I can't control myself. Usually I remember not to drive by it but every now and then it slips my mind and I can't help it. But other than that, it's going really well.
