We could run the world but why would we want to?

Blake talks too damn much. His interview is still going on. He's just rambling and rambling and rambling...
He's looking like an idiot.

In that he got aquitted?

I understand that the only reason the jury took so long was that it was 11-1 for innocent for a very long time.

That tells me that the prosecution failed to build a case against him.

If you want to get away with murder, do it in La-La land.

not that i do litigation research for a living or anything . . . but getting past the powder burns on his hands?

brilliant.

here's a hint, kids - Imagine the stupidest people you've ever seen. Then go 2 tiers lower. That is your average jury, and why I have a job.

Do not get in trouble.

I'd argue w/you BUT it does seem that we acquit our celebrities of their crimes [B]or[/B[ they get pathetic sentences for the crime that an average joe would get nailed for. CA justice system can really suck sometimes. On the other hand, it does nail people like Scott Peterson, Richard Ramirez (a.k.a. The Night Stalker), & the guy who murdered the little girl Polly Klaas. Thanks to him, we institured the 3 strikes law. I hear he's loathed by other inmates so he can't join the general population.
One last thought, we take forever to execute prisoners on death row here.

Its not just celebrities who walk away free, although who can forget O.J. Sam Cooke's murderer walked away too.
