The alumni have closed the Chi Phi chapter at Lafayette (in Pennsylvania). The charter is in the hands of the alumni, the undergrads are in "undergraduate alumni" status, and the students have to move out of the house by March 27. The closure is due to violating the college's alcohol policy. According to the student paper, "The chapter will remain in 'dormant mode' for five years or until the time that they can petition to recolonize."
