2005 UIFI Scholarships
The Undergraduate InterFraternity Institute is one of the premier leadership development events in the nation. Sponsored by the NIC, there are 10 sessions of UIFI this summer, including seven in Indianapolis, Indiana, two at the University of Maryland and one at UCLA in Los Angeles. UIFI offers cutting-edge curriculum that is newly designed for 2005. Students live and work with leaders who desire the best for fraternities and sororities, participate in intense discussion and shared experiences and are given enough energy, motivation and momentum to make a difference on their campus. For more information, please visit the North American InterFraternity Conference website. This year, the Foundation is awarding 25 full-tuition scholarships (a value of $435 each) to both chapter and colony members. Applications are due by March 21, 2005.

2005 Faculty Member of the Year Award
The SAE Foundation is proud to sponsor the 2005 Faculty Member of the Year Award. To recognize how faculty members impact the lives of students and help young men advance the mission of the Fraternity, the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Foundation created the Outstanding Faculty Member of the Year Award. The award is given annually to a faculty member on a campus where Sigma Alpha Epsilon is domiciled. All chapters are encouraged to nominate a faculty member for this honor to recognize excellent teaching and to help solidify the connection between Sigma Alpha Epsilon and academic excellence. Eligible faculty members must be an associate, assistant, or full professor.

The winning faculty member will receive:
- A $1,000 honorarium
- A book of his or her choice to be donated to his or her institution’s library
- A “True Gentleman” Faculty of the Year plaque
- Recognition on the Faculty of the Year plaque in the Fraternity’s library in Evanston, Illinois. Applications are due by April 4, 2005.
