Is there a section where KD's can support each other in business?? I am sure there are several of us that work from home because we now have started a family, or there might be someone that has a shop, or online business and it would be nice if there was a place where we can support each other. There are active KD's still in school that need extra money that might have a business where we can support. If anyone knows of such a place online can you please pass the info along - if there is not a place then I have a personal website and maybe I can add a links page if I get enough requests.

To my knowledge, nothing like that exists.
Occasionally someone will send out something about their business on Annie's Kappa Delta online newsletter, but there's no listing of KD business or anything.
I think that's a great idea I used to have an ebay business and I certainly would've appreciated the support

When I joined the KD sorority my dad always told me it is great for my future and connections later on in life. If we get enough feedback here then I will start a page on my KD website to list all the Kappa Delta connections so we can support one another. Great idea about adding the resumes, too! I'll have to try to upload mine on the net somewhere and add it.
If you want to get more KDs on the site, you may want to post something in Annie's newsletter, since that reaches 1000's of KDs.
One thing I will warn you about is that you should make sure to put "unofficial" on the site b/c HQ can get cranky about it. It seems that they like to have control over things. This is the sort of thing they should've done a long time ago, I think it's a great idea. My bet is that if your site takes off they'll come up with some sort of official version on the KD website. But that'll be a long time in coming... changes don't always happen that quickly.
