I haven't met a musical I didn't like, but my faves from what I've seen are:
Phantom of the Opera
Cats
West Side Story
And, I'm a real sucker for all the Rodgers and Hammerstein musicals: Carousel, Oklahoma, The Sound of Music, etc...

FYI
For anyone who is A Chorus Line fan- like me- it's coming back to Broadway. Opening night is scheduled for September 21, 2006. According to a muscian friend who spoke to someone involved w/ the show- it's supposed to be updated a little!
SO EXCITED!!!

Miss Saigon. I cried for two hours after seeing it. I know that sounds so flaky, but I was 16. It was so surprising that it ended the way it did.

I've been in Fiddler on the Roof, The Music Man, and Carousel, so I'm partial to those.
I also loved Movin' Out and Ragtime.

I like pretty much every musical I see...the only one I really don't like is Cinderella (OK, I hate that one)....
I love:
Rent
Les Miserables
7 Brides for 7 Brothers
The Unsinkable Molly Brown (Debbie Reynolds is my hero!)
Singin' in the Rain

Once Upon a Matress (Carol Burnett - NOT SJP)
RENT
Sweeney Todd
The Phantom of the Opera
Godspell
Thouroughly Modern Millie
Into the Woods
Damn Yankees
Little Shop of Horrors
The Mikado (if Les Mis counts as a musical, so does this)
The Secret Garden
Grease! (The musical, not the movie)
Footloose (The musical, not the movie)
Forbidden Broadway
Babes in Arms
I despise Rodgers & Hammerstein- the only good thing to come from that marriage was "You'll Never Walk Alone"
I'm not a big fan of Tommy or The Boyfriend
